I’m Genny, and I’m a lover of beautiful moments, detailed plans, and making sure your wedding day is everything you’ve dreamed of (without the stress)! I’m here to ensure that your special day goes smoothly, leaving you and your guests to enjoy every second, instead of worrying about logistics behind the scenes. A little about me: I planned my own wedding and thought I could do it all—until a few
weeks before, when I realized, “hey, I’m the bride, and I can’t exactly coordinate my own wedding while standing at the altar and cutting our wedding cake!” In a state of semi-panic, I also quickly realized that everyone we would have asked to step into the role on the day of was invited to our wedding. We wanted our loved ones to enjoy the celebration instead of coordinating it – enter the day-of-coordinator. Having a day-of coordinator took such a weight off our shoulders. It gave us peace of mind knowing someone was there to handle everything, so we could just focus on being in the moment. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of taking a course in event management at Algonquin College, and assisting in coordinating both of my sisters’ weddings, as well as countless family and friends’ events. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, I’ve learned how to juggle timelines, keep everything running smoothly, and anticipate the little details that make a big difference. I’m meticulous, organized, and thrive on making sure everything goes according to plan. Now, I’d love the opportunity to bring that focus and energy to couples like you! I’m passionate about helping you create a day that’s truly yours—beautiful, memorable, and, most importantly, stress-free. Sure, I don’t have a long-established client list yet, but coordinating is something I’ve been doing for years (hello, family and friends' events!), and I’m eager to grow my reputation one wedding at a time.
