Last weekend I attended my last wedding of the year. It was such a beautiful way to close the wedding season. From set up to coordinating to tear down it was such a memorable day. The mantel showcasing generation love, to bells for every guest to ring in the newly weds. Most memorable part of the wedding were the people. R&C are a couple that you don’t just see their love but you feel it. The bride and grooms parents also tying in childhood memories into the night whether it was a mini show n tell of their baby outfits or quietly placing music albums at every table that once helped their daughter fall asleep as a baby.

Thank you to all the couples that trusted me with your special day. Looking forward to next years weddings🤍

✨ Why Day-Of Coordination Matters ✨

A lot of couples ask me: “If my venue has a day-of coordinator, do I really need my own?”
The answer is yes — and here’s why 👇

Both a venue coordinator and a wedding day-of coordinator are important, but they each play very different roles.

A venue coordinator is there to take care of the venue. They make sure the lights are on, the kitchen is running smoothly, and the space is ready for you. Their main priority is the property.

A wedding day-of coordinator (like me!) is there to take care of YOU. I know your vision, your timeline, your priorities, and the little details that make your day unique. I manage your vendors, keep the schedule flowing, handle any surprises, and make sure you and your loved ones don’t have to stress about a single thing.

At the end of the day, a venue coordinator manages the building.
A wedding coordinator manages the wedding. 💍✨

Your only job? To show up, soak in every moment, and celebrate. 🥂
