I am coming out of a 40 day cocoon this week called Teshuva. The literal meaning is repentance, but actually the intention is a total reboot and renewal.

When we dig deep, there are always gems to be found. Here’s some of what arose.

We have this choice between the ego things that keep us stuck, or as I call them, illusions. OR we can move towards our essence and higher self.

One keeps us frozen and in cycles of dissatisfaction. One moves us closer to our desires 🔥

Imposters needed a rebrand. So now I call them ✨illusions✨

Imposters feel so intense and rigid. Illusions feel like something you can look at, trust in their ability to not be real, and watch them dissipate like *p**f* magic ✨

Illusions were meant to keep us safe, small and from our highest self and Source.

We are totally surrounded and bombarded by the egoic stuff. The quest for more material goodies, comparison, fear and self doubt.

So with all that noise out there and the ego responding hungrily within, we become these validation seeking humans or monsters.

My validation wound started very young. It put me in a constant state of vigilance and bracing. No matter how many compliments, shoes I bought or how much money I made, I could never really let them land. My eye was already on the next thing to feed the validation monsters.

We get hooked on the little hits of pleasure when the real sexy stuff is all within. We become outsourcers instead of Source seeking.

I always say, it either gets us closer to our magic or keeps us further. There is always a choice.

Magic is one my business pillars along with strategy and well being so the whole human with the big visions is uplifted.

It can mean - coming back to ourselves, our intuition, our purpose and our essence. The inner goodness that allows us to shine out there.

As founders, innovators and big dreamers.

Acceleration and sustainability land on the other side of this key metric.

The next iteration.
The next idea.
The next relationship.
And how much we have grown in relation to it along the way”.

In this new Substack I break down in a very personal way, how we can make space for nuance, not letting the pendulum swing too much one way or another so we move through life with more ease and grace.

Energetically June is a time of expansion ✨

Think:

Believing in yourself and radical self acceptance
Manifestation
Knowing your mission and impact with so much certainty
Asking what is your legacy and how much are you ready to grow or even scale?

Expansion also teaches us to create a big enough container to handle it all. How are you building that vessel to meet the expansion?

One of the tricks to expansion is radical self acceptance. Infusing and integrating all the parts of ourselves. That is building the vessel. That is the nervous system breath of fresh air your system needs.

So if you are feeling a lightness and possibility, yes after winter we stretch our limbs more but there is a fiery energy that is supporting us also.

It's also such a sweet time of year so I wrote about that too for you.
