Energetically June is a time of expansion ✨

Think:

Believing in yourself and radical self acceptance
Manifestation
Knowing your mission and impact with so much certainty
Asking what is your legacy and how much are you ready to grow or even scale?

Expansion also teaches us to create a big enough container to handle it all. How are you building that vessel to meet the expansion?

One of the tricks to expansion is radical self acceptance. Infusing and integrating all the parts of ourselves. That is building the vessel. That is the nervous system breath of fresh air your system needs.

So if you are feeling a lightness and possibility, yes after winter we stretch our limbs more but there is a fiery energy that is supporting us also.

It's also such a sweet time of year so I wrote about that too for you.

When was the last time you felt like you were in awe and flow?

You know that feeling when you're on vacation and you walk around wide eyed and in awe of everything around you? Just flowing and allowing?

I was walking down the street last Friday.
It was sunny and beautiful and after a long winter that's a miracle in itself.

I was thinking about how I forget to carry awe and flow into my life at home something but the second I do, amazing things happen - just like when I travel.

Sure enough, it did.

Micro magic moments that compounded.

Or I should say they happen and I really receive them.

When we are in our daily intensity of life, entrepreneurship and leadership - that feeling can feel really far removed but it's the unlock to -

- Moving the body from a "fight-or-flight" state to a "rest-and-digest" (parasympathetic) state
- Higher vagal tone, which regulates heart rate and deepens breathing.
- Reduced activation in the default-mode network (DMN), an area of the brain associated with self-reflection and ego.
- Reduces self-focus, making people feel smaller in a way that promotes humility, interconnectedness, and a greater sense of perspective on personal problems.
- Spark things that disrupt our world view and forces us to "reframe" our perspective, encouraging critical thinking and deeper curiosity.

All of these things not to mention the potential for deeper presence, dopamine and oxytocin help increase overall satisfaction.

All things that exponentially create a better baseline for success - especially sustainable.

So ask yourself, how can you create more awe and micro magic in your life?
