A little introduction for those who are new here 🤍

Hi, I’m Rita, one half of the sister duo behind All-In Event Planning & Design.

I’m a wife, a mama, a sister, a creative at heart, and someone who genuinely loves celebrating other people’s happiness.

I’m also the one who will straighten your veil, fix your dress, fluff your flowers, check the timeline 47 times… and somehow notice when a candle is two inches out of place. 😂

But all jokes aside, there’s something incredibly special about being trusted with some of life’s most meaningful moments, and I never take that responsibility lightly.

Behind every beautiful event are months of planning, countless conversations, tiny details no one else may ever notice, and a whole lot of heart.

My favourite part of what I do isn’t just watching a vision come to life. It’s seeing our clients fully present in their moment, knowing we’re behind the scenes taking care of everything else.

I love beautiful things, but meaningful moments will always mean more.

And if you ever catch me looking a little too serious at an event, don’t worry. I’m probably mentally rearranging the floor plan or making sure everyone is exactly where they need to be. 😂

This tablescape is living rent-free in our heads. ♥️

From the place settings to the stationery, every detail came together seamlessly. We designed some of the florals in silver coupes—an unexpected vessel that brings character, dimension, and a considered edge to the design.

A reminder that sometimes, it’s the smallest choices that shape the entire setting.
