Okay let us explain we had a client who wanted a 5 star Runaway Picnic experience. Yes, a luxury dining picnic outdoors where everything had to be brought in. Live private chef stations offering full course premium meals, fresh florals and luxury dinner tablescaping setup, commercial tent rentals, food stations, open bar, DJ, landscaping and furniture…

Can’t remember the exact number but event design and planning can definitely add up depending on each client’s requests and the conditions of the site / venue… the staff was working on preparing the site for weeks and months.

Interior venues are always easier than having events outdoors. You don’t have to worry about rain, wind, sun, electricity and heating / cooling, water and plumbing.

When you’re hosting an event outdoors you need to bring in everything and have multiple backup plans from setup and decor to food and even florals. Especially in remote forest areas like this one. We love outdoor events though. What’s better than sunshine and fresh air?
