What a beautiful way to end a month that brought renewed faith, sabr (patience), peace, comfort and filled our homes with love joy and blessings.

This Ramadan/Eid season we had some serendipitous encounters and had the chance to meet some new faces. Thank you for supporting us and for giving me a reason to continue to pursue something I love doing so much.

Kardhi is a flavourful savoury dish made with pakoras (fritters) dunked in a tangy yogurt and besan (gram flour) batter, tempered with spices. 🤤

Using a special family recipe that has been passed down - Bibi’s kardhi is full of flavour, comfort, nostalgia and love.
