Zero Tolerance
I am so sad that I must share this.
We are in the business of sharing love and joy.
A few experiences have prompted this message.
If you are the recipient of flowers and you don’t care for the colours, design style or flowers please let us know and we are happy to design something new.
But please never yell at my 17 year old delivery helper and make her cry because you don’t like the colours.
And please never call me or any of my other team members bad names. I just can’t tolerate bullying or bad behaviour.
We are in the business of LOVE
and all I ask is for respect for my team.

Huge appreciation and applause for three very special women and one super cool man.

This year we have orders for over 400 wreaths, each one handmade locally for our clients.

Each one using local fresh evergreens, wrapped onto a frame by hand and then designed by our freelance designers.

Our evergreen picker Phalla supplies us with oustanding fresh greenery. AND he uses the money to put his kids through University! I love this man!

Then our three wreath wrappers, Kari, Stephanie and Sarah are hand wrapping each wreath onto the frames and this is the hardest job ever!

I cant tell you how proud I am to be working with such hard working people . They are inspiring.
