It is important to consider having 2 wedding photographers if you're wanting to document moments that are happening simultaneously.
This is most beneficial during parts of the day such as getting ready where both partners are getting ready with their wedding parties in the morning at different locations.
A second moment during a wedding would be if you're having portraits during your cocktail hour. One photographer will be doing conducting your portraits and the other photographer can be doing reception details and candids of your guests during cocktail hour.
There are tons of little moments throughout your wedding day.That 2 photographers will be beneficial. I've discussed some obvious ones , but there are all of those little moments in between that are not happening with just the couple. But also between your guests who are here celebrating too.
