On June 17th, a group of local wedding vendors will be coming together at The Station in Pilot Butte to create a styled editorial wedding shoot, and we want to open it up to a very limited number of creatives to come create alongside us📸🎥🤳🏽

This day is being thoughtfully designed with the help of some incredibly talented local vendors to create intentional, wedding-inspired content in a beautifully styled setting.
The goal with this isn’t to create a huge crowded styled shoot, but rather something that feels collaborative, elevated, creatively inspiring, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

Whether you’re wanting fresh portfolio content, looking to connect with others in the industry, test new ideas, or simply spend a day creating alongside other creatives, this day is for you🤎

Basically I’m just a girl mom who loves her baby, enjoys an iced coffee, and thrives in the world of weddings… and probably thinking about someone’s timeline at any given moment.

I’m big on the “little” things, like how a day feels, how everything flows, and making sure nothing gets missed.

Something I don’t think gets talked about enough…

A day-of coordinator isn’t there to just “help out” or fill in the gaps.
There are a lot of roles on a wedding day, and when those roles aren’t filled, it doesn’t just automatically fall onto one person.

What I do is make sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to.
The timing, the flow, the behind-the-scenes pieces that most people don’t even realize are happening.

But I’m not there to replace vendors, finish last-minute projects, or take on jobs that were never planned for.
And honestly… that’s what makes the biggest difference.

Because when everything is properly thought out and handled, you’re not being pulled in ten different directions or answering questions all day.

You just get to be there and experience it 🫶🏼

I don’t know when your wedding is, but… there’s a whole side of the day you don’t see until you’re in it.

It’s not only the big moments that you’re thinking about, it’s that plus everything happening around them.

Who’s cueing people to walk.
What happens when something runs late.
Where everyone’s supposed to be (and when).
The questions that WILL keep coming when you’re trying to be present.
The quiet fixes no one notices until no one’s doing them. Then it is no longer quite fixes.

None of it feels like a big deal on its own, but together it’s what actually makes the day feel smooth and enjoyable or not.

You wouldn’t ask someone who doesn’t know cameras to photograph your wedding.
In the same way, running a wedding day is something people don’t realize takes experience until it comes time to. Most people don’t think about that part ahead of time.

And this is not to stress you out, it’s just something to think about as things start getting real and closer to your wedding ❣️
