Our Story
My name is Sarjeet, I have been cooking since I was 12 years old. I learned from my mother, grandmother and mother-in-law; all these amazing ladies taught me various cooking techniques that I use in my everyday cooking.
I remember my grandmother making her famous chili paste by grinding the ingredients with a stone grinder, it would take her about 15 minutes; her labour of love. This is my earliest cooking memory, one that made me want to learn more about cooking. I see cooking as a passion, not an obligation. I love cooking a big meal and seeing my family gather around the table to eat the food that I cooked; it’s what makes me happiest.
I am now ready to share my passion and techniques with you!
