This dinner party was to celebrate a milestone birthday and we wanted to make it as original as we could for our client! As you can see the centrepiece was created around the colours and everything around sparkled!

La quantité nécessaire dépendra de vos invités. C’est un groupe plutôt tranquille ou carrément des fêtards? Certains ne boivent pas peut-être. En règle générale, on prévoit 1 bouteille de vin pour 2 invités; 1 litre d’eau par personne et 1 bouteille de jus pour 4. Pour minimiser les coûts, plusieurs options s’offrent à vous: préparer un punch, n’offrir que vin, eau et boissons gazeuses ou installer un chariot-bar à chocolat chaud avec crème fouettée, guimauves et compagnie. Cheers!

Si vous avez le temps de popoter, parfait. Sinon, occupez-vous d’un hors-d’œuvre, plat principal, accompagnement et pour le reste, faites un « potluck ». Tout le monde a sa spécialité et c’est convivial! Assurez-vous de coordonner le tout pour éviter les doublons et faites le plein de bouchées et snacks. N’oubliez surtout pas de vous informer des allergies de vos invités et d’en aviser les autres.
