Have you ever met two people who are simply happy to spend a lifetime together?

Samantha and Bao booked us to decorate their wedding, and I was immediately struck by how beautifully simple they wanted everything to be.

The kind of wedding where you can feel the energy—
radiating from both the bride and the groom.

Always smiling.
Not worried about what could go wrong.
Just fully present, choosing joy, choosing each other.

A love lived openly, with gratitude and tenderness.

Life is already hard enough to not do what makes sense to you.To not do what makes you happy.

I’m at my happiest when I see people fully enjoying a setup created with their comfort and experience in mind.

This work isn’t always the most rewarding—
the stress, the budgeting, the endless counting and recalculating,
space planning, table rearranging… all of it.

But the moment you see the final result,
you forget about the sleepless nights spent over-analyzing every detail.

I said say no more.

A bold red-carpet moment came to life a few months ago as we celebrated the Gabonese community—high-fashion style.

We had balloons.
Chandeliers.
Flowers.
Even Trees 😅😅😅

Bref… we did not come to play.

Baby, when I say this event was challenging, trust me—you have no idea.

We had only a few weeks to work around a last-minute gala theme. And listen… when you say masquerade to Africans, suddenly everyone sees bad energy everywhere 😂😂😂

But truly, it was an honor. Transforming a community space into an unrecognizable gala setting was a dream come true.

My biggest takeaway as a decorator?
I must always trust my instinct and the vision God placed in my heart—especially on projects of this magnitude.

Every designer will relate: sometimes we see the final result even in the middle of chaos, guided only by faith.

So we keep pushing.
We keep showing up.
And we keep striving for excellence.
