Hello everyone , hope you are all doing well . Sorry there has been no menu for last two weeks . I have been dealing with some issue on my right foot, so have not been on doing much . Had an X-ray and will be seeing the doctor on Monday, so hopefully will know more Till then ice, elevate and rest is on repeat mode.

This is a special moment as this April I complete 9 years of cooking . Such a wonderful journey , would be this special if not for the support of you all . So a heartfelt thanks to you .
It began when I first participated in first spring fair at my son’s Elementary school , Birchwood . The food was appreciated and got a lot of support , over the years I have enjoyed this journey. Did my MAPAQ to learn about food safety and more .
