Thank you, Bridgette & Kate, for your kind words on the services we provided the Tsleil-Waututh Nation. In April 2025, we collaborated with the Tsleil-Waututh Nation to plan a retreat at the Sasamat Lake Outdoor Centre, dedicated to fostering immersive dialogue about land and water. We were honoured to support this meaningful gathering for the second time in March of 2026.

From planning and logistics to reporting and creative experiences, we provide end-to-end services. Our team ensures that every detail is managed with care, so you can focus on your goals and your people.

June, being National Indigenous History Month in Canada, creates a time for reflection and is a great reminder of our purpose to create meaningful conversations.

For more than 25 years, we’ve supported many significant events impacting Indigenous Peoples and communities across Canada, all of which recognize the rich history, heritage, and resilience of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples.

Our work is grounded in Indigenous values and cultural respect, bringing people together in meaningful ways and creating opportunities for cultural sharing, storytelling, and authentic connection.

The Engagement on Consultation and Accommodation Guidelines was a multi-year series of engagements that created space for Indigenous communities to share perspectives on the renewal of federal consultation and accommodation guidelines, shaping a framework grounded in respect, reciprocity, and recognition of inherent rights.

In each session, participants were asked to share their experiences and reflections on what was working and what needed to change. We helped foster open dialogue to ensure that the federal government’s approach to consultation is meaningful now and for generations to come.

We turned the dialogue into clear, themed reports that highlighted key insights, recurring ideas, and visual elements to help guide next steps. This work extended beyond policy to strengthen relationships, foster understanding, and ensure Indigenous perspectives guide future decisions.

honours the lives of the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2SLGBTQIA+ People, by raising awareness of their stories, strength and spirit.

In 2018, Naut’sa mawt Event Management supported MMIWG2S in their national inquiry into the missing and murdered by facilitating and reporting on nine hearing sessions across Canada. These hearings informed the conversation, ensuring voices were heard on the continued path to justice.

Our sister company worked with artist Bayja Morgan-Banke on the design of a Red Dress Pin to wear in memory of the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, 2SLGBTQIA+ people. Proceeds from all orders placed are donated to the Native Women’s Association of Canada in support of the important work being done.
