✨The wait is over! Niagara College’s Signature Chef Series is back by popular demand, and we’re thrilled to announce our second guest chef for 2024!

👨‍🍳Executive Chef Eric Martinez from the Orlando World Center Marriott, the largest Marriott Hotel in the world, famed for its "world beyond compare" experience!

🗓Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 5th we’re bringing the vibrant flavours of Louisiana to Benchmark in a spectacular celebration of the end of summer ☀️

🎟 Tickets go on sale September 2nd. Don’t wait, you don’t want to miss out on this incredible culinary experience!
