PRESERVE ORDER PICK-UP POLICY
We hate to have to make this policy however, we have so much lost product, and time.

All preserve orders must be picked up within 30 days of being notified that your order is ready.

We will not hold orders beyond 30 days. Due to so much waste and product having to be thrown out that has been left for months waiting to be picked up.

Our preserves are food products with a finite shelf life, and holding completed orders for extended periods reduces the amount of shelf life remaining for the customer. For this reason, we cannot store orders indefinitely.

Orders will not be held for 30 days without full payment.

Any order that has not been paid for and picked up within 30 days will be returned to our shelves and made available for sale.

Unclaimed orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

As a small, seasonal business, we also have limited storage space and need orders picked up in a timely manner.

After 990lbs of Asparagus in May I thought we would have plenty to get us through our fall and holiday shows but we have less than 2 cases of Regular Pickled Asparagus left and just a few cases of Spicy Asparagus left.
