Being a balloon artist is basically having 15 jobs at once. 😂🎈

Designer. Shopper. Accountant. Delivery driver. Content creator. Customer service… and somehow always ON CALL. 😭

All part of creating the balloon & event decor you see at the end. ✨

Balloon artists — what job did I forget? 👀👇

10/06/2026

THIS is Halloween. 🎃💀

Wait until you see the whole setup… 👀

Would you actually walk into this party… or LEAVE? 😭

SAVE that Pinterest photo… but don’t expect the Pinterest price. 👀💸

Pinterest is AMAZING for inspiration — and yes, we absolutely want to see the photos you love! But there’s something those beautiful pictures don’t show you: everything that went into creating them.

That “simple” setup might actually include hundreds of balloons, custom or oversized backdrops, specialty balloon colors, florals, vinyl lettering, signage, lighting, rentals and other details you may not notice at first glance.

And then there’s everything happening BEHIND THE SCENES: sourcing materials, designing, prepping, inflating, packing, loading, transportation, installation… and eventually taking everything down again. 🎈

Even two setups that look similar in a photo can have VERY different costs depending on their size, materials, venue, location and complexity.

So PLEASE send us your Pinterest inspiration. 🤍 We love seeing your vision!

We’ll use it as INSPIRATION, then help create something beautiful that fits YOUR event, YOUR space and YOUR budget.

Plot twist… she wasn’t looking at either of them. 👀😂

She was looking at the baby shower décor. 🎈🤍
And honestly… can you blame her? 😌

This under-the-sea baby shower setup features custom balloon décor, backdrops and personalized details designed for a beautiful celebration.

5 things you should NEVER say to your balloon decorator 🎈👇

1. “Can you just add a few more balloons?”
“Just” is doing a lot of heavy lifting here 😅 Every balloon is inflated, tied, sized & placed by hand.

2. “It’s for tomorrow morning…”
Sent at 9 PM the night before. 💀 We love a challenge, but magic needs a little notice.

3. “It should only take like 20 minutes, right?”
Sure… if we ignore the unloading, building, styling, adjusting and cleanup. 😂

4. “Can you make it exactly like this Pinterest picture?”
We can use it as inspiration! But every venue, budget and setup is different. 🎈

5. “My friend can do it cheaper.”
We love a talented friend 😌 But quality, reliability and those 5 AM setups have a price.

Balloon decorators… which one hurt the most? 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5? 😂👇

The balloons are only the part you see. 🎈

Behind every balloon & event decor setup comes the planning, ordering, prepping, packing, loading, driving, unloading and installation.

A 4 PM event doesn’t start at 4 PM for your balloon decorator. 🤍 There are hours of work behind every event setup before guests ever walk in.

That’s what you’re really paying for.
