Your dining experience begins long before I ever set foot in your home. Upon receiving your request (requests can be made through FB email or telephone ) I will personally respond to you by either email or telephone. After confirming your booking, we will immediately begin the process of customizing your individualized tasting-menu. We will discuss any allergies or intolerances, as well as any ge

neral likes or dislikes of the group. Though I am trained in classical French cuisine, I am comfortable with the techniques and flavour combinations of South East Asia, India, the Middle-East, both Eastern and Western Europe, as well as some parts of Latin America. Once we have determined the general theme of your meal, I will begin the process of creating a menu that I believe best suits the likes and overall personality of your group. At this point, I will contact you with a preliminary menu, the number of courses, the main ingredients and techniques used in each course, any substitutes for guests with allergies or intolerances. Before arriving at your home we will discuss the layout of your kitchen and dining spaces. Based on the number of guests and space available, I may make certain recommendations or requests regarding seating and workspace arrangements. We will also discuss the type and quantity of your kitchen equipment, plateware, flatware or silverware, and any other kitchen tools you may have. I typically try to complete most of the cooking on site so as to maximize your experience and overall enjoyment of the evening. I will arrive at your home approximately one to two hours before the start of your dinner service. After a brief introduction, I will begin by unpacking all the ingredients and any specialized equipment required to prepare your meal. At this point I will survey your kitchen equipment, layout of the available space, as well as any plateware options so as to ensure the best possible choices for presenting each of your individual courses. It is important that your kitchen be clean upon my arrival so that I may begin preparations immediately. Rest assured, I will return your kitchen in the exact condition I found it (which includes doing the dishes). It is my most sincere hope that by the conclusion of the evening, you and your guests will have attained a genuine feeling of satisfaction, and that in some small way, I will have been able to impart upon you a true representation of my passion for food and love of cooking.
