Mother's Day Menu - Sunday, May 9th.

Appetizers:
Vegetable spring rolls with a sesame soy drizzle
Cucumber and dill cream cheese bites topped with smoked salmon
Prosciutto wrapped asparagus
Salad:
Spinach salad with Goat cheese, red onion, dried cranberry and fresh strawberries tossed in a Raspberry lime vinaigrette
Entrée (choice of 1 entrée for 2 people, choice of 2 entrées for 4 people):
-Chicken breast with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers and spinach, simmered in a white wine cream sauce
-Slow cooked pork tenderloin, topped with béarnaise sauce
-Roasted whitefish, simmered in white wine butter, topped with a fresh basil bruschetta
All entrées are accompanied with a roasted vegetable risotto.
Dessert:
Japanese-style cheese cake topped with macerated wild berries
