The Calrizians ( ) have been bringing their instrumental surf/psych/soul sounds to Toronto audiences since 2006. Drenched in reverb and 60’s combo organ sounds, the band’s influences range from The Ventures to Link Wray to Booker T and the MG’s to Henry Mancini.

The Hydrotonics ( ) are an original instrumental surf rock trio from Guelph. Influenced by early 60s surf rock and roll, they bring a new yet familiar sound through their compositions as well as delivering some old classics and newer hits. Check out their debut EP “Octoloco” available wherever you listen to music!

Los Speedos ( .speedos ) are a Toronto-based 4-piece instrumental surf combo who’ve been thrilling & confusing audiences with their reverb soaked melodies since 2018. Collectively they’ve been playing surf music since 2018, individually, since the beginning of time. A fan once described the Los Speedos experience perfectly by saying “This music… There are no words”.

🌴 What a night! The first Landlocked Luau was a total success! 🌴

Huge thanks to everyone who came out, danced, and brought the tropical energy to The Union.
We packed the place, the bands absolutely shredded, and the vibes were pure sunshine and rock!

Massive love to Thunder Glove, Danger!! Death Ray, Vox Confidential, Animal Mother, and the Zodiac Thriller for bringing the heat 🔥
And of course, to The Union staff, and everyone who helped make it happen.
