Whether sipped on a chilly day or drunk iced to refresh the mind - nothing beats the aroma and healing properties of freshly made chai. All ingredients are fresh and authentic - dried organic ginger is made by me. Gently heat up spices on a low heat for a few minutes and then lightly boil mixture for as long as can be :) Releasing all those natural oils is the key to a high quality chai. Finally pour half tea and half milk, sweeten if desired. Most of all enjoy!
