These platters will be available for the WHOLE WEEK (June 17th-21st).

They will also be available for walk-ins . We recommend pre-ordering for the weekend dates, as these are the BUSIEST days of the year for us!

Huge thank you to the Sunderland Public School For having us for their Career Fair!

We showed the students how we take our brisket trimmings and grind them into hamburger meat. We then made fresh burgers for the students to top as they'd like and eat themselves!

We had some great questions, and hopefully a little interest in the food service and hospitality industry.
