It's that time again, where we have to say goodbye to Carson for another year.

Carson was our first employee that we hired years ago at the Oshawa Markets, and not only is he the hardest working guy out there, he is the nicest person you will ever meet.

Every year it is bittersweet when he has to leave to go back to playing hockey and completing school. This year hes going to the big leagues in the States.

Keep an eye on Carson. Big things are coming for him, and we are proud to be a small part in it.

Wish him good luck for the year! 🎉🎉🎉

(And we promise Erin will be okay 😂😂)

Everyone is absolutely rocking it this summer, so we had an awesome time with EVERYONE from both locations.

We do all of our deep frying in tallow, and then covered in cheese curds and gravy. Classic and delicious.
