We are a self-serve DIY Hall but we do have tablecloths, plates, forks, knives and glassware for 80 available to add to your event and there is always seating for 100. Two table scapes pics - Fall and Spring as well as u shape for 50 with motorized huge projector screen down, and lastly theatre style for 100 facing elevated stage.
Fri or Saturdays we have left in 2026 are Oct 23rd to Nov 27th and we are taking bookings for 2027. Always welcome and encouraged to bring in your own decorations, caterers, tableware and glassware, cutlery, etc.
2026 rates continue at $300 for 1 to 12 hour max, $550 for set up and event day (2 days 2x12 hours) and $800 for set up, event and clean up day (3 days 3x12 hours). Please call to arrange a tour 250-828-8722, we would love to show you around.
