Our 1976 GMC Step Van has lived most of its life as a command post at the Dartmouth Oil Refinery. Painted fire engine red with less than 5000 miles on it, the well-taken care of truck has found new life as Nova Scotia's newest food truck. Chef and owner Daniel Orovec is a red seal chef with nearly 40 years of serving the public. From intimate dining rooms, catering companies, and large hotels; now

working in the smallest kitchen of his career as chief cook, bottle washer, and driver of the Winnebego. When you come to visit us you'll notice we are a lot quieter than most food trucks. No smelly generator here! Our truck is run on solar-powered electricity. Our takeaway boxes are compostable. Most of the truck has been recycled and repurposed. We even recycle our fry oil. Come for a visit and see what Chef Daniel is cooking up. Butter Chicken Poutine? QuesaBirria Tacos? The best damn Bacon Jam Burger and even better fresh-cut french fries. Our menu changes up regularly
