Jonny Blonde Burger is the newest endeavour of Chef Jonny Blonde and his partner Layal’s catering business and food truck. All his food is house-made, from the breads to the sauces, using only premium locally-raised meat and seasonal produce; butchering his own meat, picking produce from local farms, making his own breads and creating all of his sauces from scratch. s partner Layal began their business with the Jonny Blonde food truck. Since then, they can be found supporting festivals, corporate events and even catering weddings with their mission to spread the love of delicious, inspired, farm-fresh food.
