A custom carrot cake with homemade cream cheese frosting! Yummm
Did you know that sometimes customers ask for cakes with or without certain ingredients?
And I always try to cater to their likes and dislikes.
This customer’s carrot cake was without raisins!
What would you rather, with or without raisins??

My choice would be golden raisins!
And I always rehydrate the raisins before adding them to a recipe. It keeps the cake moist and I sure love a plump juicy raisin in my bite 😊

An event we catered to for the Gander Rotary Club at the Arts & Cultural Centre! There was a silent & live auction, a talent show with some wonderful musicians and performers showcasing their talents. They raised money to continue their efforts to the Cobbs Pond boardwalk!
Throw in some delicious food & treats; it made for a great evening for everyone.
