MEET YOUR HOSTS: First is TAMMY WARD 💜
Some people teach resilience.
Tammy has lived it.
For 24 years, Tammy served with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, working across Canada in general duty, major crime, domestic violence and community relations.
She knows what it means to work in high-pressure environments. She knows the weight of difficult conversations. And she knows what it takes to rebuild when life gets hard.
Today, Tammy brings that experience to the stage through keynotes and workshops focused on **brave communication, resilience, the power of belief and mental wellness.**
But what makes Tammy's message so powerful is her ability to take the hard conversations and make them feel possible.
She champions women to rise with confidence and boundaries, and helps leaders create workplaces where people feel safe enough to speak up, ask for help and be human.
Her message is simple:
It’s OK not to be OK. And it’s powerful to talk about it out loud.
Tammy believes the conversations we’re sometimes afraid to have can be the very conversations that change lives and sometimes, save lives.
Hats off to have Tammy who is one of our hosts and co-founder for our event "International Women’s Day 2027." 💜
