🌙 What exactly is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you get comfortable, close your eyes and let the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rain sticks and more wash over you. ✨

It’s a chance to slow down, quiet the mind, release tension and simply be present.

Our upcoming Full Moon Sound Bath also includes a ceremonial cacao experience, creating space for reflection, intention-setting and connection. 🤎

No experience necessary. Just come comfortable, bring your mat + blanket, and give yourself 1.5 hours to reset. 🌿
