Running a rental business during a pandemic has been a bit of a challenge but it’s honestly made the rentals we’ve had all the more sweet. Seeing people turn large events into intimate gatherings has had its downside but just being able to connect with a few loved ones has made it all worthwhile. We appreciate each other far more.

How we started

Hi!

My name is Natalie, and I am the owner of Hamilton Event Rentals. This all started with the idea of helping people plan and host the event they have always wanted and help them stay within budget. I LOVE planning parties and events that make people happy but in the last 5 years of planning things I haven't been able to find good quality products for a reasonable price, or what I want locally. So this year I agreed to plan my brother's wedding and soon realized that what I wanted wasn't local, and if it was, it was going to put me way over budget. So here we are with a vision that I hope helps everyone in the long run, because I sure would have loved this years ago.

Our company’s mission is simple: 1. Help event planners and brides stay within budget 2. Make the purchase for people, so they don't have to take up room in their houses and store it AND try to sell it after their event is done. 3. Give the best bang for your buck! So welcome to our little rental company where we hope you find what you're looking for. If you cant, let us know! We have lots of vendors on hand who may have it.
