Our open mic season wraps up this Sunday April 6th. C’mon down for your last chance to sing with our incredible band this season.

Also, a fantastic event on April 19th is happening with Mike Pollard and Friends. Another opportunity to see your friends and savour some great country music.

Lastly, we have secured the Lions Centre for our 2025-26 open mic schedule. All info attached on this post and you can take away a schedule on Sunday.

This Sunday, April 6th! We celebrate another successful memorable open mic season with our GRAND FINALE! Band leader and sound man and bass player and vocalist, KEVIN TURNER, is the special guest and he will certainly be showcasing his many talents for your pleasure.

We will also have tickets available for the upcoming Spring Fling featuring our very own, MIKE POLLARD & FRIENDS. Tickets are flying and we hope you'll grab yours while you can. Only $20 person to attend and it's shaping up to be a party you won't want to miss. Mike will be performing with the Apple Country Pickers and we have fiddling sensation, Ashley Giles on fiddle for a treat, fan fav, Angie Austin, will be performing and Ray Avery will be joining in to host a real deal square/round dance special. This is a blast from the past. We also have the one and only Tim Babcock on lead guitar for this event.

As for this Sunday April 6th, arrive early to sign up for the open mic and grab a seat. We are so grateful for your attendance but remember space is limited. As always, our friends at the Lions Centre will be serving cold drinks and there's always delicious soup and sandwiches available. Come for a snack and a drink and dance your shoes off.

We can't wait to see you all here for these events before we all part ways for the beautiful summer months.

Apple Country Jamboree is proud to host our 20th anniversary show this summer featuring a wide array of country music talent. This year, we are enhancing the experience offering a variety of artists, tributes and talent from around the world. It is our biggest, most exciting program yet and all for your listening pleasure as we celebrate this milestone together.

Our Early Bird concert this year consists of country music royalty. Canadian-born, Texas-famous, Mona McCall will be joining us once again in addition to the Granddaughter of Country Legend, Loretta Lynn, the one and only Tayla Lynn. Rounding out that program is Georgette Jones, the daughter of Country Music Legends, George Jones and Tammy Wynette.

We have tribute acts to Dolly Parton featuring Laurie Lynn and an authentic tribute to Waylon Jennings and Conway Twitty as well.

For our regular program Thursday through Sunday, we have aligned several great acts and fan favourites such as:

The Queen of Ireland's Country Music, Lorraine McCauley who will not only be performing her own set but will be a guest on the Gospel Show and a few other little surprises.

We’re approaching the end to another year of great memories and friendship, music, dancing and good times. Our OPEN MIC JAMS have become something we look forward to and we hate to see it end for another season. That said, April 6th is our GRAND FINALE for our 2024-25 Season and we cannot wait to see you.

Our sound man, band leader and highly respected musician and artist, KEVIN TURNER, is our featured guest as he performs with our beloved Apple Country Pickers.

This will also be your last chance to purchase Spring Dance tickets in person for the April 19th Tribute to Traditon Show featuring Mike Pollard and Friends. Mike will be singing all your old classic favourites and Angie Austin will be singing too. To add to that, Ashley Giles returns on the fiddle and Ray Avery will be calling a square dance and more. It’s a jam-packed night of all things good and country and tickets are selling fast.

Come join us for both these events before we all head our own ways over the summer. We’re proud to call you all family and appreciate your support of live classic country music more than words can express.

It's the luckiest time of year! Come join us for our St. Paddy's Day edition of our monthly open mic shows. We have the much loved, Larry Adams, dropping in to be our guest and get this dance floor hopping!.

As always, food and drink are available and The Apple Country Pickers will be ready for your song selections. We have the immensely talented, Tim Babcock, joining the band this month.

Our annual ‘Spring Fling’ is a one of a kind tribute to tradition featuring our host and good friend, Mike Pollard and friends.

Come enjoy an evening of great country music featuring the Apple Country Pickers, the return of fiddling sensation, Ashley Giles, playing your favourite fiddle tunes and singing her best country selections. We also have fan favourite country songstress, Angie Austin, joining us for a few tunes (and some duets with Mike!) and last but not least, we are presenting a lost art that’s fun for all with an authentic square dance with Ray Avery.

We are paying tribute to tradition for one night only that will truly take you back in time with all things good and country!

February brings us the season of Sweethearts and Cupids so get ready for an unforgettable day celebrating love and country music!

We are thrilled to feature ‘The McGrath House’ as our featured guest. The McGrath Family have a long standing foundation in country music and are beloved by many. We’re excited to hear this next chapter in their respected history.

As always, the Apple Country Pickers are onstage and ready for all our valued open mic participants. Come sign up and sing a couple tunes with this fantastic band.

Lastly, we will be featuring a delicious Sweetheart’s Supper provided by our good friends at the Cobourg Lion’s Centre. This meal consists of roast beef, potatoes, veggies, salad and dessert for only $20.00 a person.
