One of the best restaurant in Tokyo.

I’m happy I was able to come here for the second year in a row,
but it’s sad that they’re closing at the end of this year. Apparently,when they first opened,they had already decided that ten years would be a natural stopping point.

The food,the service,and the atmosphere - everything is excellent.

If you’re planning to visit Tokyo this year,I highly recommend eating here.

元々お店を始める時に10年一区切りと決められてたようで

お料理、接客、雰囲気、目の前にスカイツリーが望める景色も含めて全てが良い

This is a place I’d been wanting to visit ever since I saw it on Instagram.

All the drinks served here are Atsukan (warm sake).
They prepare two different temperatures of water,
and the sake is sometimes heated, cooled, and reheated.

Not just the drinks,but the way the restaurant itself is designed - the owner’s attention to detail really shapes the atmosphere,creating a space that feels almost theatrical.

It might just be a one-of-a-kind experience in Tokyo.

出されるお酒は全て熱燗
2つの温度帯のお湯を用意して、温めたら冷ましてまた温めたり、レモンの皮を熱燗に入れてそれを飲み香りと味が口の中に残った状態で炭酸水を飲むとレモンサワーになるっていう面白いのも

お店の作り自体もそうだけどオーナーさんの拘りがお店の雰囲気につながり劇場のような空間が生まれてた

東京でも唯一無二の体験が出来るお店じゃなかろうか

また来年行きたい
