And here we go. My very first attempt at remixing took me down an Afro House rabbit hole that I did not expect, but had so much fun with. As I started learning Ableton it felt incredibly daunting to choose a track to remix, let alone decide which direction to take it in. But the more I listened to these vocals the more I felt the afro house vibe coming out.

Huge thanks to Mark Pharrow for all his advice on mixing. I’m sure I could have kept tinkering with this forever but time to call it and release, lol. So much more to learn and I can’t wait to see which direction the next one takes me in. 🎧🎶❤️
