How to feed and maintain a healthy sourdough starter.
The simple science of wild yeast.
Hands-on techniques for shaping, scoring, and getting that perfect oven-spring rise in a standard oven
...all with no special tools and no prior experience required!

A bustling kitchen, and a ton of heart. 🫶 🏔️🧑‍🍳

Thank you to the Îyârhe Nakoda (Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Goodstoney First Nations) for the opportunity to teach at the Stoney Nakoda Lakeside Lodge.

These students brought so much heart, passion and resilience to the kitchen - working safely alongside the renovations as this beautiful historic site is brought back to life. 🛠️✨

The future of the culinary industry here is bright. Can’t wait to see what they cook up next, and visit again! 🌟
