Some weddings just have that magic.

This last last weekend, Michele had the honour of serving as both DJ and Master of Ceremonies for Tanaya & Brandon's beautiful wedding at Gathering Ranch in Strathmore, Alberta.

With temperatures soaring, we weren't sure what the dance floor would look like... but this crowd had other plans.

From the very first dance to the final song of the night, the dance floor stayed packed with family and friends who were ready to celebrate every moment. There is nothing better than watching a room full of people forget about the heat and simply enjoy being together.

Being trusted to guide the flow of the day as MC while creating the soundtrack for such an incredible celebration is something we never take for granted.

Tanaya & Brandon, thank you for letting us be part of your love story. We wish you both a lifetime of laughter, adventure, and unforgettable dance floors.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding.

It was an honour to celebrate alongside our friends, Timo & Marlee, as they began this new chapter together.

This wedding was special for another reason too, I had the opportunity to emcee a wedding for the very first time. Stepping into that role reminded me that great weddings aren't about having all the attention. They're about helping every moment flow naturally so couples can simply enjoy being surrounded by the people they love.

A big thank you to Cody from Calgary Best DJs Incorporated for being an incredible partner throughout the day. Working alongside other professionals who care about creating a great guest experience makes all the difference.

One of my favourite parts of every wedding is experiencing the traditions that make each celebration unique. I even had the chance to try some of Timo's and Marlee's heritage foods, including haggis and pickled herring, a memorable experience that added another layer of connection to an already meaningful day.

Congratulations again, Timo & Marlee. Thank you for trusting us to be part of such an important celebration. We wish you a lifetime filled with laughter, love, and countless moments worth celebrating.

For the first time ever, Subsonic Soulmates has landed on a music chart.

Our Subsonic Sunday DNB mix just hit #46 on the MIXCloud DNB Chart, and for two people who started this journey simply because we love sharing music and energy with others… this feels pretty surreal.

From weddings to livestreams, every set we play is built from genuine passion for connection, movement, and music that makes people feel something.

Huge gratitude to everyone who has listened, tuned into our streams, danced with us, shared a mix, or supported this creative path in any way. This is a small milestone on the journey ahead, but a really big one for us today. ❤️

And honestly… it just makes us more curious how far we can take this. 🔥
