A whole lotta brisket, a hearty haul of pork butt, and beef bites piled high to finish it off! There’s something pretty special about taking a pork belly and turning it into one of the greatest foods ever created… bacon.

Low and slow on the wood fired smoker, letting that rich pork belly soak up the wood smoke until the color turns that deep, beautiful mahogany. The smell alone will make the neighbours start wandering over.

The Story Behind Our Applewood Cinnamon Rub

This one came from wanting something different.
We were looking for a rub that had warmth and depth, without being heavy or overly sweet. Applewood flavour with just a touch of cinnamon gave us that cozy, slow-cooked BBQ feel — especially on pork.
This rub shines on ribs and pork chops, but it’s surprisingly good on roasted veggies too. It’s not loud — it just quietly does its job and keeps you coming back for another bite.
This one quickly became a favourite around here when we wanted something a little outside the usual BBQ box.

These aren’t your average nachos… and our family's go to snack!

Crispy chips stacked high with seasoned hamburger, sautéed green peppers, onions, and mushrooms, all smothered in melty cheese and drizzled with rich barbecue sauce. Then we hit it with our Honey Maple Rub to bring that sweet, smoky finish that ties everything together.

Every bite’s got a little crunch, a little melt, a little sweet, and a whole lot of bold BBQ flavour. The kind of plate where you go in saying “just a few” and somehow end up scraping the tray.

Dutch oven chili over a nice toasty Charcoal Fire!!

There’s just something about chili cooked over a charcoal fire.
