It’s not a prison. It’s a prism. 🌈

Sometimes we carry old stories, old versions of ourselves that feel heavy…

Things we’ve walked through, grown through… moments that shaped us in ways we didn’t always choose.

But here’s what I’m learning:

All of it. Every part can become light.

When we soften, when we allow, when we remember we are always becoming... that’s when the glow returns.

✨ A prism takes in the light and bends it into something beautiful.
