Speaker Announcement: Dulma Clark

We are honored to welcome Dulma Clark to the stage at the Asia Visionary Summit.

A practitioner of regenerative culture, Dulma Clark works at the unique intersection of brand, capital, and indigenous knowledge systems. Of Buryat heritage, she brings a rare operational lens to the regenerative economy. Her diverse experience includes building manufacturing operations in Ethiopia, co-founding an environmental NGO at Lake Baikal, and directing impact investment and philanthropy through the Livebarefoot Fund and JAC Charitable Trust.

As the Head of Global Partnerships and Media at Vivobarefoot, Dulma has produced cultural programming and high impact campaigns alongside global icons in art, sports, and media. With an MSc in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and as a former Champion of Russia in archery, her work now focuses on brand architecture for regenerative ventures and impact-led programs for human health and nature.

Visionaries, like Dulma Clark, from across Asia and beyond will gather in Bhutan, inspired by the nation and anchored in its values.

So when I heard about Gelephu Mindfulness City, a new jurisdiction being built from scratch in Bhutan, designed around mindfulness, sustainability, and digital innovation, my first instinct was scepticism.

I’ve seen enough crypto-friendly zones that turn out to be more about arbitrage than ambition.

But the more I learned, the more I realised GMC is different. Not because it promises to get everything right, no one can. But because it starts from a genuinely different premise.

Bhutan is a country that measures national progress by happiness, not GDP.
