Mother's Day quarantine style. Since we were not able to cook for you, we decided to throw a minis feast for ourselves. Inclusive of a breakfast buffet and dinner buffet.

Day four of catering for Royal Kidz Professional Development week.

On the final day, attendees were served homemade buttermilk pancakes and eggs along with a spicy turkey sausage scramble. As usual, fruits, tea(hot), ice tea coffee and orange juice were available.

For lunch, attendees were served baked/fried chicken, broccoli Normandy, leafy green salad and bread rolls.

Day three of catering for Royal Kidz Professional Development week.

For breakfast, attendees had the choice of (though many opted for a mix) chicken s***e , turkey s***e and as we Bahamians call it, "Boil up", served with homemade cornbread muffins and bread rolls. Fruits were served along with tea (hot), ice tea, coffee and orange juice.

Lunch was a heaping serving of baked Ziti, leafy green salad and bread rolls

Day two of catering for Royal Kidz Professional Development week.

Breakfast was a light continental breakfast, inclusive of cereals, breads, bagels, croissants, assorted spreads, fruits, tea, coffee and orange juice.

For lunch, attendees were served, yellow rice, spinach and cheese stuffed chicken and cut beans and carrots.

Day one of catering for Royal Kidz Professional Development week.

Each day included a platter of fruits along with tea (hot), ice tea, coffee and orange juice. Breakfast was a Bahamian favorite, grits served with tuna or sausage and toast.

Lunch was such a rush, we didn't even have time to snap a pic, but attendees were served a pasta salad with fried or barbeque wings and a leafy green salad

I love that this centerpiece is catching on. Its so elegant and suits many occasions, bringing a touch of class and sophistication. This piece was used for a black white and gold, 50th birthday celebration, Along side SugarCoated Bakery 242.
