🌴✨ 60 looks GOOD from here! 🥂

18 fabulous people. One very special 60th birthday. Endless ocean views. Poolside celebrations. And, of course… Cocojo cocktails!🍹💃

We kicked things off with a tropical happy hour featuring some of the crowd favorites — Goombay Smash, Rumasutra, Eleuthera Sunset & Bahamama. 🌺🍸 And judging by the empty glasses and the no drinks pics… they were definitely enjoying themselves! 😂

Then it was time to eat! 🤤 Precious Catering Service brought out an incredible dinner of conch fritters, seafood paella, fresh fish, jerk pork, planrain, coleslaw, birthday cake AND delicious bread pudding. Talk about a feast!

Add some sunshine, poolside fun, gorgeous ocean views and a whole lot of celebrating… and you've got the perfect island birthday! 🌊☀️🎉

Turning 60 never looked so good! 💙

🍹 COCOJO’S FIRST TRAILER ADVENTURE! 🌴💚
Well… WE DID IT!!! 🎉🥹
Cocojo officially took the trailer out for its very first event, and what an experience it was!
We spent the day serving up lots of frozen drinks, fresh lemonades, and plenty of island vibes! And apparently, MANGO was the star of the show! So many mango daiquiris went out that I think we officially have a new favorite! 😂
Was it a crazy busy day? No.
Did we learn A LOT? Absolutely! 🙌🏼
Every first step comes with a little learning, a little adjusting, and a whole lot of excitement. We now know what to expect, what to improve, what to bring more of (hello, MANGO! 🥭) and how to make the next one even better.
Most importantly… that little trailer is officially out there doing what we built it to do!

And this is just the beginning… ✨
Our permanent Cocojo location is coming soon!
We can't wait to have a little place where you can stop by, grab your favorite frozen drink, lemonade, smoothie, coffee or mocktail, and enjoy a little taste of Cocojo whenever you're in the area.
We still have a few things to finish before we can officially open those doors, but we're getting closer and closer! 🥰

WE’RE SO EXCITED!!! 🥳🥳🥳

After years of dreaming, planning, building, crying, stressing and making this little dream come to life… our Cocojo trailer is officially ready for its FIRST EVENT! ❤️

And what better way to kick things off than at the Palmetto Point Community Fun Day this Saturday, August 29th! 🌴☀️

💛 This special day is primarily for the residents of Palmetto Point, with lots of fun activities and FREE goodies planned especially for the community!

And of course, everyone is welcome to stop by Cocojo, say hello and grab a delicious drink! 🍹🍋❄️

Come cool off with our Frozen drinks, refreshing lemonades and delicious mocktails, all made with that Cocojo island touch! 🌺

This is such a special moment for us, and we’re so excited to celebrate our very first trailer event right here in our community! 🥳🚐❤️

Cocojo packed up the bar and headed to Harbour Island! 🥳

Our little adventure brought us to the absolutely gorgeous La Palmeraie Bahamas - Harbour Island, a stunning home with an infinity pool overlooking the beach. Talk about a dream location!

We spent the afternoon poolside, keeping the guests celebrating an engagement refreshed with:

🧜‍♀️✨ MERMAIDS, MAGIC & 60 YEARS OF FABULOUS! ✨🧜‍♀️
What happens when you mix a surprise 60th birthday for a very special lady that loves the sea, a bunch of amazing friends, mermaids, gorgeous cocktails and a whole lot of girl power?! 💕🍹🌊
MAGIC. That’s what! ✨
This was such a special night because Cocojo wasn’t just there to bartend… I was also invited to be part of the fun! 🥂💃🏼 And when it’s a girls’ night with great friends, you KNOW it’s going to be a good one! 😂💕
We started the evening with a magical mermaid cocktail display table for the first round, all dressed up in gorgeous under-the-sea colors, with drinks that were almost too pretty to drink… almost! 🧜‍♀️🍸✨
Then we switched things up with a self-serve cocktail & mocktail station, complete with pre-batched drinks in the most beautiful mermaid inspired colors. 💙💜🩷 Perfect for keeping the cocktails flowing while everyone relaxed, laughed, danced and enjoyed the night!
And the food?! 😍 🍤 Shrimp cocktail

🧀 A gorgeous charcuterie board

A beautiful 60th birthday, surrounded by friends, delicious food, pretty drinks and the kind of laughter that makes you forget to look at the clock. 🥂✨
