Autumn has truly begun now.

Today not only marks the start of a new month, but also the 80th birthday of the owner.

Over the past 20 years, he has transformed the castle from a ruin into a five-star hotel.

He also restored the vineyard to its original state, just as it once was.

One final walk through the vineyard for approval this morning before the harvest begins again.
