EMOM (Electronic Music Open Mic) is a recurring live event in Ghent where electronic musicians can perform, experiment, and connect with others. Artists can sign up in advance to be part of the lineup, with performances lasting 20 to 30 minutes.

What to expect? A community event focused on live-performed electronic music.

Starting around 18:00 until 23:00.

Genres to expect:
Ambient, Ambient Techno, IDM, Experimental, Glitch, Drone, EDM, Down-tempo, House, Industrial, Lofi Dark, Acid Techno & Electro.

We have curated a cool lineup with a great mix of genres, and as always, all music will be performed completely live.

Our last edition of EMOM9000 was a big success once again! We witnessed nothing but amazing live sets, and it was such a pleasure to see so many people coming together for this event.

A huge thank you to .fu for the great location and hospitality, as always.

Big up to all the artists for their incredible work. I also want to send a huge thank you to Wim for filming every performance. We are currently processing all the recorded material and will share it with you as soon as it’s ready.

A massive thank you goes out to the amazing EMOM team: Jonas , Arthur , Frits and especially Niels for the amazing visuals all evening. I’m really proud of what we’ve built together.

The party afterwards with .watson_ , , and was the perfect follow-up to our EMOM session, thanks for the energy!

9 artists come to perform live electronic music.

Beaufays, Mathieu Dc, Person, Pikkedieff, Heijmat, Other Functions, Onrust, Khooruni23 and Alexer
Genres to expect: ambient, breaks, house, techno, tekno, and acid.
We start the evening at 17:00 with co-founder Tangie doing a live modular patching session. If you have questions about synthesis, modular gear, or live setups, feel free to drop by for a chat and a demo.
Live visuals all evening by analog_anomalies.
EMOM9000 is an open stage for modular artists, hardware performers, beatmakers, and anyone creating live electronic sound. Come listen, discover, and connect with like-minded people.
Free entry until 23:00.
From midnight, Konfusus Kollektif takes over for a full-on club night.
