I am on a floral journey of new discoveries with endless possibilities!
I have completed my European Master Certification program with tremendous success! I have officially become a member of the EMC community.
As I prepared and studied for the EMC exams, I stayed true to myself! I faced every setback with determination and continued to work towards my goal. Last week, I traveled to Belgium along with 20 other talented designers from different countries to attend the EMC master classes and take the final exams.
I want to thank my coaches; Keith Stanley EMC, Sherene Tan AIFD EMC, and Jorge Uribe AIFD EMC, who have been so supportive and inspirational during the past two years! Christy Lopez AIFD EMC and Tomas De Bruyne, I have great respect for your Worldwide Educational contributions that continues to flourish each year in Brugge, Belgium.

Floral Art with Bart Hassam!
AIFD leadership committee offers multiple opportunities during AIFD Symposium! I had the honor to assist Bart Hassam during the 2022 AIFD symposium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Bart is a world-renowned Floral artist who is the 2019 World Cup Floral Champion from Australia. My assignment was to assist Bart until his presentation on Friday. I looked forward each day to assist and experience the Master artist at work. I found this experience to be one of the most gratifying times in my floral career! Bart was cool and collect while being gracious and kind. His floral designs were exquisite and powerful! In his presentation, Bart eloquently articulated each of his designs! He created ten pieces, and each were Masterpieces!
I want to thank the AIFD Leadership Committee for this opportunity to assist Bart. I also want to thank Jodi McShan AIFD for working so hard coordinating the Volunteers.
Until next year, I am anchored to the floor because of the excitement that awaits at our next AIFD symposium.
