Re: ICEFronT Application to IEEE was not Accepted - TPC has Requested to Review the Decision
Dear Author,
Thank you for your interest in the International Conference on Emerging Frontiers in Technology (ICEFronT 2026).
We previously announced that accepted papers would be submitted to IEEE for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore. However, our recent conference application to IEEE was not approved due to the short timeframe between the application and the conference dates.
Although the application was submitted in January 2026 and had progressed to the final stage of processing, there had been no prior indication of a possible rejection during discussions with IEEE Bangladesh Section and IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chapter representatives. Following their advice, we have requested a review of the decision. If necessary, a new IEEE application may be submitted, which could require rescheduling the conference by approximately six months.
At this stage, no action is required from authors. We will keep you informed regarding further developments related to the review request or any new IEEE application process.
