We live in a world that rushes everything —
healing, success, relationships, even emotions.
But your life is not a race, and your heart is not a machine.
You don’t have to “fix” everything overnight.

✨ Give yourself time to grow.
Growth is not instant.
It happens quietly, slowly, and often painfully.
Some lessons take months, some take years — but every step forward counts.
Be patient with your evolution.

✨ Give yourself time to heal.
Broken hearts don’t mend in a week.
Old wounds don’t close in a month.
Healing comes in waves — some days heavy, some days peaceful.
Allow yourself to feel, to rest, to rebuild.

✨ Give yourself time to let go.
Letting go isn’t forgetting.
It’s accepting that the past cannot be changed and choosing not to carry it anymore.
Release the weight, the guilt, the expectations, the people who drained you.
Letting go is freedom — and freedom takes time.

You don’t have to rush your journey.
You don’t have to pretend you’re okay.
You don’t have to be strong every moment.

What you do need is gentleness.
Patience.
Compassion for yourself.
