অনুমতির জটিলতার কারণে আমরা ১৭ তারিখের "বিজয়ে তারুণ্য" কনসার্টটি আয়োজন করতে পারছি না। আমরা আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করেছি কনসার্টটি আয়োজন করার জন্য। এমনকি শেষ মুহূর্ত পর্যন্ত আমরা এই কনসার্টটি করতে চেয়েছিলাম। তবে, একটি ছোট সংগঠন হিসেবে আমাদের জন্য এই মুহূর্তে অনুষ্ঠানটি আয়োজন করা সম্ভব নয়। আমরা আন্তরিকভাবে দুঃখিত এবং শিগগিরই আমাদের নতুন তারিখ জানিয়ে দেবো। আপনাদের অবগতির জন্য জানাচ্ছি যে আমরা টোটাল ফিজিক্যাল টিকিট ৩০০০ বিক্রি করেছি যার সম্পূর্ণ ডাটা আমাদের কাছে আছে। সুতরাং কেউ বিভ্রান্তি ছরাবেন না।
আমরা বিভিন্ন পয়েন্টের মাধ্যমে নিজেই টিকিট বিক্রি করেছি। তাই, দয়া করে আমাদের গুগল ফর্মে আপনার নাম, নম্বর, জেলা, টিকিটের সিরিয়াল নম্বর, টিকিটের ছবি এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করুন। আমরা ১০ দিনের মধ্যে টিকিটের মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া শুরু করবো, এবং পরবর্তীতে পর্যায়ক্রমে টিকিটের মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

৩এক্সপি কমিউনিকেশনস তাদের পক্ষ থেকে এই কনসার্টটি না হওয়ার জন্য সম্পূর্ণ দায়ভার গ্রহণ করছে। আমাদের কোনো পার্টনারের এখানে কোনো ধরনের দায়ভার নেই। আমরা আপনাদের কাছে আন্তরিকভাবে ক্ষমাপ্রার্থী।
দয়া করে এই বিষয়ে আমাদের পার্টনারদের দোষারোপ করবেন না। আমাদের নতুন তারিখ জানাতে কমপক্ষে ১ সপ্তাহ সময় লাগবে।

For those who purchased tickets, we handled sales through various points. To facilitate the refund process, please submit your name, contact number, district, ticket serial number, a photo of your ticket, and any other necessary details via our Google form. We will begin issuing refunds within 10 days, and these will be processed sequentially based on ticket serial numbers.
