it was so hot today!🥵 I had just finished the box of juice and wanted something more…then I remembered there were popsicles in the freezer!😁 I came home a couple weeks ago and found them on the patio with a note from Joy😊
but that’s not the only thing she’s left on the patio over the last couple weeks. there’s been flowers after a very hard week at work. groceries found at 2am after being in bed the whole day battling the flu. soup after dental surgery.
I call her my sunshine and she’s brightened my life in so many ways over the years☀️. she’s the most thoughtful and intentional friend. the “I’ll make you dinner“ and “come over for breakfast” friend. the best gift giver. always holding space for the highs and lows. always anticipating needs.
it’s a rarity to find a Joy. I’m thankful for mine.
