I would never forget I was at a wedding sitting next to a nice lady that i met that day we started talking and she began to tell me about her sister's wedding. The sister had hired a wedding planner to handle everything, she was paid up front for her services but come the day of the wedding the bride to be had no one cake at all. In talking to the wedding planner hours before the wedding she was told that there was a mistake in the wedding date and she would be unable to get her cake in time for her wedding but she can get it the next day. All the while the lady was telling me this story I was asking myself as an event planner dont you always check the progress on anything you have doing for an event. Hmmm makes you think how ready some people are for this job!
