Filling my cup for the weekend at New England Garden Festival 🍃

Highlights were meeting and chatting with the inspirational Hannah Moloney of goodlife_permaculture and Gardening Australia 👩‍🌾🫜🪏
I was soooo thrilled to have her sign two of her books which I secretly lugged around at the festival in hopes of running into her!

Then off to meander through four of the brilliant open gardens within the Armidale region - the owners and volunteers we met today were just lovely, welcoming and open to sharing their knowledge 🌸🌻🪴

Off to see the last 2 gardens tomorrow!

🌸 Such a joy to guide these beautiful flower crown workshops for carers taking some well-deserved time out for a wellness day. 💐

Using locally sourced blooms, each crown was lovingly handmade, celebrating the beauty of nature and the importance of pausing, creating and caring for ourselves, too. 🤍

A gentle reminder that those who spend so much time caring for others deserve moments of beauty and care themselves. 🌼
