Dynamic Performers Australia Based in the Werribee area, we provide singing, drama and music theatre classes for students of all ages.

Dynamic Performers Australia is a new team of performing arts educators keen to help develop the talents of all their students. With a strong family connection, our staff are experienced in all areas of stagecraft, including: singing, acting, dancing, directing, ensemble work and comedy.

*MEET THE CAST OF CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY!*

Introducing Evelyn Branch as Mike Teavee.

Evelyn is thrilled to be playing Mike Teavee this year. She has been performing for years, including being in Matilda Jr, The Wizard Of Oz (Barrister), Peter Pan (Roger), and Mary Poppins (George Banks). She has loved every minute of this show’s rehearsals, and is so excited to journey further into this love of theatre. Since she was young, she has shown an interest for everything musical theatre related, and is so happy to be able to share that. Evelyn expresses her love for DPA and the family that they have created, and is truly thankful for the opportunity to work with them as a lead in her first show with them. She would like to thank her fellow cast members, backstage workers, and the DPA team for their hard work making this show the best that it can possibly be.

Introducing Lena Daoud Kolusniewski as Violet Beauregarde!

Lena is excited to be performing in her very first production with Dynamic Performers Australia. This marks only her second musical, and she is thrilled to continue building her stage experience. Lena has always loved dancing and enjoys most things active, which has fueled her passion for performing and trying new challenges. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with such a talented cast and creative team, and is eager to keep learning, growing, and sharing her love of theatre with audiences.

*MEET THE CAST OF CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY!*

Introducing Alexa Pridham as the spoiled Veruca Salt!

This is Alexa’s second performance with Dynamic Performers Australia! Her credits for this year include playing Pugsley in Western Arts Theatre’s The Addams Family, as the Narrator in DPA’s A Pirate’s Life musical in a week production, and as Nipper in Western Arts Theatre’s Oliver! in 2024. She has also played cameo roles in her high school’s musicals for the past 2 years.

Alexa loves performing on stage, either as a singer, dancer or actor. She has been dancing for 12 years, singing for 3 years and acting for 1 year. She has had such positive experiences in musical theatre and is grateful for the lifelong friendships she has made so far. She would like to thank the DPA production team for supporting her and helping her develop her skills and character, as well as her family and friends, who have also provided unconditional support in her performing arts pursuits. She looks forward to being involved in many more community theatre productions and with DPA.

Alexa would like to dedicate her performance in this role to someone she admires and aspires to become: Miss Cristelle.

*MEET THE CAST OF CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY!*

Introducing Wren Wilson as the very hungry Augustus Gloop!

Wren has enthusiastically been part of the DPA family for the past two years. After seeing their production of Seussical The Musical in 2023 she felt the call of the theatre, walked into a drama class the following week, and immediately found her people! 

Augustus Gloop is her first lead role, and she’s so excited to yodel, dance, act, and step out of her comfort zone and onto the stage for the first time. (with a German accent and a string of sausages)!

Her previous performing experience includes a school holiday Musical in a Week (Paul the Mutineer) and singing and dancing in DPA’s 2024 production of Magic and Music and Mystery, Oh My! 

Wren is looking forward to being part of the Dynamic Performers Australia community for many more years. It’s a place she’s been able to just be herself, take classes, learn new skills, make new friends, and build up her confidence and ability within the supportive environment there. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Introducing Mackenzie Hetherton as the enthusiastic Charlie Bucket!

Mackenzie plays Charlie Bucket in Charlie and the chocolate factory and she is very excited for it! This is her first musical and she hopes you enjoy watching her. Before she joined DPA, she didn’t engage in much theatre activities such as dancing, acting and singing, but DPA has brought her confidence up a massive level. She does singing lessons with Carolyn and theatre classes every Monday. She’s now willing to sing in front of crowds during our mic nights at DPA. During rehearsals of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory she’s made a lot of friends and has gotten to know a lot of new people! She thinks that DPA has been the reason she’s more confident than ever!

*MEET THE CAST OF CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY!*

Introducing Braden Spink as the incredible W***y Wonka!

This is Braden’s 5th musical production with DPA and his 8th year since he attended his first DPA workshop. 

Braden has previously performed in the roles of Mr. Mayor in Seussical, Dean Hyde in All Shook Up and Samuel in The Pirates of Penzance. This is Braden’s first major lead in any musical production and he is extremely thankful to have the opportunity of bringing W***y Wonka to life! 

Braden currently co-teaches inters and advanced inters theatre at DPA and is qualified with a Bachelor’s of Youth Work and Criminal Justice, although his passion for the stage hasn’t changed one bit since he performed at the Cultural Centre many years ago!

Braden would like to give his thanks to the production team, his fellow cast members, his friends and his family. Braden hopes to transport the audience into a world you can only picture in your purest imagination!

*MEET THE CAST OF CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY!*

Introducing Ned Coward as Grandpa George!

Ned is excited to be playing the role of Grandpa George in Dynamic Performers Australia's ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’. His history in theatre starts in Tasmania where he performed in a few plays and musicals such as, ‘Frankenstein’, ‘How I Became a Pirate’ and ‘Legally Blonde’. Moving to Melbourne, and performing as a featured soloist in DPA's Showcase ‘Magic, and Music and Mystery, Oh My!’ has been a highlight of his musical career. When Ned is not on stage, he is singing, talking to friends and playing games. Ned has had a wonderful time with the team and wants to thank them and his family for such an enjoyable and fun time. Ned hopes you come along and have a choctastic and bombastic time enjoying all the hard work everyone's put in.

Introducing Asha Angelico as Grandma Georgina!

Having joined the DPA family in the ensemble and pit choir for several shows, Asha is excited to have her very first speaking role with them as Grandma Georgina. Not having to get out of bed is the perfect way to spend an Act. She hopes you enjoy the show and appreciate the amazing talent of the DPA cast as much as she does.

In her spare time Asha is a Swing Dance teacher and loves to choreograph wedding dances. So much fun!
