Packed and Stacked. and Little Mountain. (petite design)

I received a third for Packed and Stacked.

Over the W/E 6/4/2025, Indigenous by Design had the honour to welcome Eden and Ryan as a married couple. Seven bridesmaids and seven groomsmen accompanied them in their celebrations at Zest, Mosman. The venue overlooked the water and made their day very memorable. The following photos show the planning and the outcome of their special day. Mosman

Over the weekend of 20-22/2/2025 NSW Floral Art celebrated there 50th Anniversary at North Rocks. It was a fun time of floral growth, socialising and experiencing an Indian dinner which raised money for our World Fair in 2027. I entered four arrangements and received three awards.

Over last w/e I had the opportunity of attending The NSW Floral Art annual seminar at Mittagong. Over the w/e we had several workshops. One of which was a contemporary corsage for the Mothers of the bride/groom. This design could also be used for Proms and Debutantes. The colour can easily be adjusted as well as the variety of flowers.

The design could also be carried by the bride as a bridal bouquet.

A great alternative to the traditional corsages. Let me know what you think of the design.

Another year of competing at the Royal Easter Show. And what a wonderful experience of sharing knowledge, skills and comradeship. Without doubt it is a hectic and tiring time but the enjoyment gained is irreplaceable. I was thrilled with my results as the competition is of a very high standard. It is a privilege to compete with some skilled exhibitors. I was pleasantly surprised with my results. I entered six exhibits and received four awards. 🥰. I was thrilled!

As the year comes to an end, we all reflect on our achievements. What we achieved, how we achieved, did we do enough? No matter how little or how much we all did, we all did the best we could in the time and energy we had in this busy world. May you all be content with all of your achievements and may this coming year be another year filled with goals which are fulfilled in your own way and at your own pace.
May this coming year, 2024, be filled with success, happiness and cherished moments. Wishing everyone far and wide peace within themselves in everything they achieve, embracing the journey ahead with gratitude and enthusiasm. Wishing everyone a prosperous and fulfilling 2024.

I am a member of the NSW Floral Art Association. It is an international group which invites members from around the world to exhibit virtually floral arrangements for judging. I had the honour of receiving a second and a third award for my exhibits in September.

I attended a workshop several weeks ago. This wall hanging was the result of the day. It is long lasting as it is made from faux flowers. It consists of two frames placed side by side. These frames can also be separated. They have many uses: they can replace a painting on a wall, be used on a front door as a welcome and many other uses. I thoroughly enjoyed creating them.
